I wanted something like this, but really didn't like all the layout it takes:   There are other similar videos but this one at least shows the math to compute the lengths of all the cuts.  I put those equations into Fusion 360 and set parameters so it can be adjusted for any rectangular tubing with any wall thickness.  The model generates a template you can use to scribe the cut lines needed for this bend.  I did three bars like this for my welding cart to hold clamps, cords, etc below the top surface.If you have a 3D printer and want to try it out, I posted the model on this site: https://www.printables.com/model/221...tangular-tubin

Reply:Looks greatI do that work with a Victor torch or Dewalt sawzall.  Yesterday I did a 45° corner cut on 2" square tubing with sawzall in about 3 minutes.  Dave
