I had a company that called me and looking for some Thermax. Not sure if i am spelling that right. He is looking for some 4x8 sheet 2mm thick. I have looked around and haven't been able to find a supplier.Any info??If i find anymore out on this product i will pass it on.ThanksAaron

Reply:I work in a foundry. On certain types of molds for particular metals, they wrap the mold in thermax so it doesn't cool too rapidly; which causes "shrink" and cracking. Reply:you google thermax and you find out what it is and who has it, but you can't find who will sell it a couple sheet at a time.
Reply:I found out who our supplier is. PYROTEK. The "K-wool" that we use here is 1/4" thick. The problem being, they don't sell it a couple of sheets at a time.
