Walked into a "full plate" today as to say..First off was these stainless steel truck racks that were just horrible.. I cant believe someone actually got paid to do....this.....There were 2 of them..AND they had water in them.. (To get the moisture out heat it up with the big torch... )All I was told was to go over every weld..If its there or not...Take a look...Rack..Jeesh...thats real nice..I like this also..Who needs to weld here anyway?What a mess..Continued.....zap!Last edited by zapster; 06-19-2007 at 05:43 PM.I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.

Reply:mmmm moisture out... heat...every structure involving tube should have this process?How common is it to get moisture inside? How do you determine if you need to heat or not? In the summer everything and everybody moves to Salinas, California.But they wash EVERYTHING for sanitation. Those SS castors I scored were left overs from a lettuce job.
