Hey guys I have a hobart titan 8 that runs great but it wont weld. It will produce 115 volts at the receptacles when I put the coarse adjustment between settings but only 75 volts when right on the settings. The problem is that I only have 4.5 volts at the welding terminals. Can anyone help me fix this machine? I don't have an owners manual or wiring diagram. If you know where I could get these I would be grateful. Thank you.

Reply:I have the same issue except I checked the diodes and found one bad. I replaced the bad diode and it still would not strike a arc.
