I have no doubt that there are many variations of this out there amongst all of you. I use this particular item when I would like to have a rigid and fairly accurate corner fit-up or I am attaching something perpendicular to another part. Reply:Here's a smaller one I did for the same use, smaller tubing and such. I can flip the guides to inside or outside. Attached Images
Reply:Then here's one I did for larger pieces. The opening is about seven inches so I can squeeze two 3 inch pieces in there. Long sections have to go on the floor and get propped up for level. I had to run out and take these pics. Attached Images

Reply:Hello weldbead, the square stock is slightly overhung on the edges and is fusion tig welded it also has some small welds on each end. Best regards, Allanaevald
