I needed a bracket for my new meat grinder so I fabricated this Frankenbracket out of 3" angle, 1/8 diamond plate gussets and 1/8 sheet. Made 7# of pork boudin, 7# of smoked sausage (getting a dose of pecan wood smoke right this minute), and 3# of breakfast sausage.I wallow in my Cajun ancestry from time to time.Two turn tables and a microphone.

Replyooks great!Mom has a grinder like that but it clamps to the table edge..VERRRRY OLD!!I use a Kitchenaid myself..I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a  dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
Reply:Carriage bolts =square holes, Big Daddy.  All my drill bits are round.We got a two week Continuing Resolution, again. Looks like we will make at least six months into the new fiscal year without a contract. Talk about a nail biter! We had a congressional delegation walk through this afternoon. We'll see if that does anything.  our budget is less than half of the amount given away each year to foreign aid so we aren't even a serious consideration in the bigger scheme of things.Two turn tables and a microphone.
