If this had been posted a week or two ago I could have gotten a pict of his car, but it's very similar to this red one..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:Hey I have one of those. Its a 1946 crosley pickup. Mine isn't quite that nice though. Its been stitting for the last 20-25 years. Very little paint on it. Got it as part of the deal when I bought my business. They are cool little vehicles. Tiny little 4 cylinder engines whith overhead cam. Some of them got turned into 3/4 miget dirt track cars. You couldn't turn enough RPMs to hurt the motor. When they were made they were ahead of their time. Nobody wanted an economy car yet. Reply:If I remember my History correctly Waukesha Engine actually supplied the engines for some of the Crosley's. It was on the same block design that the Engines they used to build for Refrigerated Rail Cars.
