I built a practice stand a while back from scrap and was never really happy with how it turned out.Had been building this one in my head for a while and since it was raining this weekend, spent the day in the shop making it.Started out with a scrap part from the lathe as the base. Turned the o.d. to fit inside the Speedrail tube.Next came the angle plate to bolt it to my table. When the table was built I added the 4 bolt hole plate knowing I'd use it for something like this.I then machined a piece to go inside one of the Speedrail fittings that had a 3/8" threaded hole to attach the material clamp (beam clamp).Sent from my SPH-L710 using TapatalkTOO MANY TOOLS & NO MORE SPACE
