amn! Thats like 2 hours from me. But sounds like the machine is messed up. Why so cheap and if he hooked up the power wrong, would there be damage? The machine should have a safety for that.Smells kinda fish, the machine on the Miller website says over 4 grand. Theres gotta be something wrong.Miller site info.
