Got this one in the other day. The owner broke the electrode off in the plunger (over tightened it) then drilled it out and re-taped it then broke that electrode off (my guess taped it to the wrong thread).Anyway these PT and IPT torch heads are NOT repairable (so if you have any plasma cutter with the PT or IPT torch if it has a problem it can't be repaired)So the fix is to replace it with a S45 style torch head as I did with this one. I think I have done this on some 30 or so plasma cutters of all kinds with the PT and IPT torch's. The good part about this is you can get a lot more consumables and accessory's for the S45 torch.
