go to see Welding Machine for Airco 300 super hornet/Miller Big 40 same thing?

I have read where the Airco 300 super Hornet and the Miller Big 40 are the same machine just different paint job. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks Kenny

Reply:Thank you for responding. can the main front and back bearings on the armature be lubricated? I just bought this one and it has been sitting out in the weather for a while and i think the bearings may be dry.thank you again for your response.Kenny
Reply:Not something I had an issue with but I’m guessing they are sealed. Most are to keep someone from over greasing and getting grease on things that don’t need grease.  Download a manual from Miller. Reply:Well for engine parts ( F163 Continental) they can be purchased at NAPA or anyplace that has industrial engine parts. Steiner tractor online, Monte's in Chicago is a source. Miller dealers are the place for welder parts, this might be hard do to not knowing exactly which Big 40 is the same as your Airco. Call Bill's Welder Repair in Oklahoma City and talk to Kaye, she would be a great resource. Reply:There is a time and place that would be a dandy machine. Can get something like that to run priced right buys a little fuel. Could likely air arc a little and run any rod a guy could wrangle and most of them at 1/2 or 60% power. A box of 5/32 lo hy would be a teaser.www.urkafarms.com
