Hi everyone,Looking for support, I have a XMT 304 and a 60 series 24V wire feeder set up none of the displays are working (amp, volts, speed) and we need to find the replacement number or any other options to fix/replace them.The part number for all this meter is Jewell Electrical Instruments 599999-012.Thank you in advance.
Replyo you have 24vac into the feeder? Motor or gas valve working? Gun trigger or Inch / purge switch? Feeder Power switch on?Loss of both displays is uncommon. Once displays are powered on, they will need pins F and H to be connected to the XMT for the display to readweld voltage and amps. Until an arc is made the feeder will only display preread volts and wire speed. Depending on which model feeder.Look at plug you need A through H and K with pins in them. Have had feeders sent in for repair with the wrong control cord installed.Check push button breakers on rear on the XMT.

Replyooks like the feeder front and the meter has been hit by something and caused damaged to meter. It appears the bottom LCD display has moved in its holder.LCD display might be just needing to be disassembled cleaned and reassembled. works about 40% of the time. 60% of the time it broken.No idea why the top one is turned off. you will need to remove the cover and check all plugs and the pcb for damage. The Meter pcb 157 719 is obsolete.So you will have to repair it or have it repaired. Most LCD displays of this type, the LCD sets on a pcb and is pressed together. A row of contacts on each just touch each other. An outer case clamps them together. So if the LCD is moved inside the holder just a little bit, it won't display right.I would like you to send me so more pictures by private message. The whole front, whole Back with serial number plate. Drive side showing drive wheels.Top down with cover removed.
