Reply:a cap plate on the ends of the support arms would give your rack a finished look. if you extended them on top an inch or so they would serve double duty as material stops as well.i.u.o.e. # 15queens, ny and sunny fla
Reply:I do need to add some safety catch to the ends. Some of those steel pieces were over 200 lbs and difficult to slide up there. I loaded them by hand lifting one end at a time using a c-clamp and vise grips as a catch.
Reply:The catches are also great of you decide to put round tube up there.Sounds like somebody needs a cheap Clark or Toyota forklift.
