go to see Welding Machine for why cant i stick weld with my Dynasty 200 DX

put the stick holder in it and change it to stick mode ? what else am I for getting?
Reply:You can't read the owners manual!?Output? I think it defaults off of on when you turn the machine off.Last edited by mikecwik; 08-23-2013 at 08:31 AM.
Reply:My Maxstar 200 defaults to remote on start up even when switched to stick mode. I constantly have to remind myself to push the button to take it out of remote as well as switch it to stick..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:I don't have the manual with me. I  had the quick card but that didn't help. Ok I must of mess up output on part . Thanks I will try again later . I was trying to blow out some fast welds outside . Just got pissed off and went with a high cfm and high Amps tig I will be posting a pic in a different topic cause the weld passed a bend test but looks smooth   Lo

Replyk finally stick welded with the miller 200dx that output button was key.I was burning 6011  1/8 at 85 amp with 50ft or 1/0 power and 50ft of 2/0 ground I don't know why but it was crazy hotter then my old Lincoln arc boxI started at 115 and It was cooking the metal so I had to keep lower the amps till I was using 80-85 and I didn't stick to the base metal once were my older one sucks to weld under 100 amps.I love to stick with this welder but it going to take a while to get use to it , also to get use to stick welding again as all ive been doing for the last 3 years is tigLast edited by Bigrich954rr; 09-01-2013 at 02:25 AM.
