Thanks for all the help figuring out my switch problems a while back.  When I got the welder the voltage crank would turn.  I took the cover off and sprayed some penatrating oil on the ball screw and shunt block.  Everything turns and moves fine now.  How far should the shunt block move when I turn the crank?  I can turn the crank multiple times.
