I just received my CSV hood today. I only had time to run a couple beads. But so far I really like it. Easy to adjust. Excellent visibility and clarity! Looking forward to get some more time with it!These went through a major re-do. I tried to order one last December, but they were not available. Reply:Hows the clarity compared to the speedglas? CSV has by far one of the best filters out there. Reply:I didn't like how the hood was in the up position. So I added a extra hole. Now the hood sits vertical when lifted. Much better. I don't like a hood that does not park vertical. The forward leverage makes them feel heavy. I have had a chance to use this a bit more. I really like how the clear the view is. With 4 sensors I have not had a issue with being flashed. Plus I really like the #3 shade when it's in the light stage.
