Hola, I'm an intermediate tig welder - and have decided to learn how to braze thin copper sheet.  About 22 - 24 gauge.  1/16 tungsten, 1/16 silicon bronze rod, about 50-60 amps.    When I get the arc hot enough to melt the bronze, i burn a hole.  Turn down the amps, and I can't get the bronze to melt.   Started trying the on/off (pulse) technique with the pedal - some better results - but still not a great looking puddle.  I saw a video on brazing with a victor torch - and am wondering if using a torch with thinner material would be easier for brazing. I'm looking for any and all tips on this.   thanks!J
