Whiteville, NC entire welding shop for sale 12K

A friend of mine passed this along from one of his co-workers.  I don't know anything about it, but figured that I'd share the info in case someone was interested in acquiring enough equipment for an entire business.  The equipment appears used, but solid.  Most is name brand.  There is a decent amount of metal included.  If interested, send me a PM and I will forward the guy's contact info.Based on the pix, there is a LOT of tools and stuff included but not listed.  To me, it would be worth 12K for someone new starting out.  Probably 20 - 30K of replacement cost stuff there, if not more.Note - I doubt that the lawn mower is included....***************************Everything needed to start a welding shop!My uncle has passed (2 years ago) that ran and operated a professional welding shop for 25 years.  His partner ran the shop after his passing but has since closed the shop.
