"Yes Welder" spam taking over the screen

Almost every day now, I'll be looking at a web page and suddenly a whole new tab opens with a full-page "Yes Welder" ad, without me clicking or anything. Who the heck are these guys? Reply:Whats to be pissed off about? Its a free market and they just want you to buy their products. The more they are in your face the more likely you'll buy from them. And at the same time their numbers go up big tech marketing wins too. Sounds good to me. Seriously though - Ive noticed the same thing with other vendors, products, and manufacturers recently. It is pretty annoying  yes.
