Does anyone know the part number to a 1600 Ellis bandsaw bearing track or guide track or does Ellis not replace this part. Do I need to go to a machine shop? Ellis isn't competent enough to send correct parts. Any info would be much appreciated
Reply:A machine shop would look a book of ball bearing and charge you for there finger tips doing walking.Please post a photo of bearing Is there any numbers on the bearings Next what size of the bearing it can in inch or mm.Dave

You could also do as suggested and download the manual and order the right parts.

Reply:Looks good to me.The price is OK too.From drawing they look like cam follower rollers. I had rebuild my Wells saw 3 times in 30 years. The only two parts I purchased from wells was 2 gears.The ball bears was on shelf at local ball bearing company cheaper than Wells. If had saw I would just order then from Trick Tools and get saw back up and running. Good jobDave

Reply:So your Trick Tools has a good price.Up to 2004 I would up 10,000 ball bearing to get price. I could buy a 6203 ball bearing for $0.51 each.But buy ball bearing company it was a $3.50 each. A cam follower cost around $40.00 each from ball bearing companyDave
