Reply:That one wire out of the bottom should run to the battery positive. Everything else in the crane should be self contained. At least that's how mine are.ETA, mine run through a 150 amp circuit breaker near the battery source just in case that cable gets shorted under the truck.Last edited by 12V71; 2 Weeks Ago at 06:04 PM.
Reply:Is there an on switch? Or is it always "on" just waiting for a button to be pressed on the controller Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk

Reply:I'd want a key switch on a solenoid relay, don't want the neighborhood kids playing with it.An optimist is usually wrong, and when the unexpected happens is unprepared. A pessimist is usually right, when wrong, is delighted, and well prepared.

Reply:Here i a link to the manuals page fore AutoCrane cranes. You should download and keep a copy of the correct manual in your truck, OSHA and insurance required. There are wiring schematics in the manuals. A LC40 connector on the power lead is a quick and simple way to disconnect power when not in use.https://autocrane.us/manuals/legacy/Mike
