Newb question on Millermatic 211 with MVP

I need to repair an 11 gauge metal bracket on my travel trailer with some spot welds.  The problem is that the trailer is some distance away from my barn and welding setup.  It would be much easier to move the welder close to the trailer than move the trailer.  The welder is a Millermatic 211 with MVP.  The only house electrical outlet nearby is a 115 VAC at 15 amps.  I also have a Honda 3000is generator that I could move nearby.  It has both 15 and 30 amp outlets.  Would it be better to use the 15 amp house outlet or the generator outlets?

Reply:Plugging into a 120V, 20A house circuit worked fine even with a 10', 12 gauge extension cord.  Thanks all for the help!
