https://weldingweb.com/vbb/threads/7...300-pcb-125601Good afternoon, I'm a new user and I posted this thread in the wrong forum. I hope someone can help me out with this.Last edited by Upnorthbacon; 9 Hours Ago at 06:40 PM.
Reply:Does this help? Pg. 24'sh http://manuals.chudov.com/Miller/Mil...rol-Manual.pdf
Reply:Wow, Tillerdemon you are an absolute God send!!!! Thank you so very much!!! I can account for all the resistors on the schematic except R24. What do you think the possibility is of it being the same as R25 part# 035-827 are? I cant thank you enough! Graciously indebted Upnorthbacon
Reply:Look on the 4th page (Page 2) - R24 Resistor, CF .25W 100 OHM (Eff w-jk660587).
Reply:Thank you again, your help is very much appreciated! I was so excited about the schematic and parts list I blew right past the amendment.
Reply:You are welcome, let us know how everything turns out.
Reply:I will definitely do that. Hopefully I will have it up and running by the middle of next week(waiting on foot pedal pot to arrive). I made a mistake when I soldered up my amphenol 5 pin to miller's 14 pin. I transposed the 2 contactor wires to the wrong side of the connector, so where the wiper and one leg for the pot were supposed to connect, they were in the contactor locations. Why does the secret smoke always smell so expensive LMAO!! I now have double checked, my triple checked 5 pin to 14 pin conversion so that won't happen again. I also grabbed a cheap pot to make sure there was no internal damage to the machine. Down to the electronics store I go in the morning for PCB parts thanks to you. I have peeled back all the crusty epoxy and all the traces look fine so fingers crossed the PC300 comes back to life. |
