212 millermatic feeding slow

I have a 212 millermatic with very low hrs on it. I had to take it to a shop and have a circuit board put in it. I finally got it back after multiple excuses and went to use it for the first time but now it starts really slow then speeds up about half speed then slows down again and then it just stops. I tried to set the slow start but it doesn’t work as shown. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Reply:If it has low hours and you blew a board, I'm assuming it didn't run much. Inverter machines dont like to sit past a year without use.It could be a simple item, or it could be more damage from fixing the main problem.
