Reply:I guess that would depend on your definition of value.  I think if you have the shop space, can acquire for a reasonable amount and are willing to refurbish certain things it definitely would have some value.

Reply:If I wanted it,, I would pay $2K without even batting an eye,, no matter what taper it has,, and a bonus if it is R-8Beyond $2K,, the price only is controlled by the need,, up to,,,, ?,??? dollars.I would pay that even if I did not have 3 phase,, inverters are cheap in this HP range,,The bonus of the new inverters is the extra features,, controlled braking, variable speed,, ramp up acceleration. ALL of those are big pluses,,
