Miller 320 A/BP problem

Well, Thanks to 12V71, my Bobcat is running! Now I have an issue with my 320 A/BP. I'm the original owner - bought it in 1981 brand new. It's been a great machine for all these years, until now. Went to do some welding (TIG), and the arc was pretty weak. Now, I only have a very weak spark when the Hi Freq is on. It will stick weld fine. The foot pedal is fine because I have the same issue in standard or remote contactor. The only "weird" thing that's happening is that the soft start rheostat is warm - I don't use it and it's switched off. I did blow it out, and clean all of the contactors, no broken/bare wires, fuses all good. Any help will be appreciated! Thanks! ----------------- John

Reply:water cooled torch? open weld conductor inside the red hose.Replace or rebuild torch.
