I'm looking to buy a CK torch with a Superflex cable for my 200SX. It looks like the one piece cable with a 45V62 (7/8-14 to 5/8-18) adapter will work. If anyone has connected a CK torch what is the recommended connection hardware?

Reply:This is the connection I got, it's 5/8-18. Normally there's a ball tip that sits in the taper but it looks like it can also make a seal on the flat near the bottom of the threads. This will do the job, right? Last edited by sand_man_red; 01-09-2015 at 07:26 AM.

Reply:So I finally found out that the terminal on the 200SX is metric, 16 mm diameter with a 1.5 mm thread pitch male. The 45V62 in the photo is 5/8 inch 18 threads per inch. The terminal in inches is 0.623 and roughly 17 threads per inch. I can screw it on about 3 thread before it starts to bind. So, I ground it down to leave 3 threads and screwed it on. Seems to work fine. The CK Superflex cable is awesome!Still looking for a more correct solution if anyone has more experience with this terminal style.
