I got these 3 codes, and i'm unable to get any welding current out of this machine, in any mode. I can remove these codes from memory but they pop up back after restart so i guess there is somekind of a problem in this machine. Does anyone here have ideas of what causes this thing and what do i need to replace or fix in this situation?
Reply:These are high/low voltage errors for the control box, wire feeder or power source depending on what is displayed. You will want to check your voltage. It's common to get a voltage / communication error if you have low voltage or a missing phase going into the machine. Trouble codes for the pendant are on page 64 of this manualhttps://www.westermans.com/downloads...-450%20(1).pdf
Reply:Ok, thank You. I have to check if all phases are ok inside of machine too, i know that they are on socket which i'm using. Also, voltage in grid should be ok.
Reply:Voltage after switch was 405-407 volts, it is pretty much what it should be in 400v grid. I also downloaded service manual with wiring shematics to take a better look with electric guy.Last edited by Wilmils; 08-02-2019 at 01:48 PM. |
