Help identify car make/model/year

Can any of you car guys help with the make/model and year of this car driven by a package thief? Reply:I kind of think it might be an earlier model Grand Marquis...I think it looks like a second gen 1992-1997 based on the slope of the trunk and the tail lights.Miller Multimatic 255

Reply:Also check with other neighbors on that street and see if they have any footage that might be better... I know most people don't really communicate with neighbors these days but trust me it's worth doing!!! usually you'll find they are nice people willing to help in lots of ways and I would bet they'd be very greatful to know what's going on in the neighborhood
