Hello,Ill admit I am not versed in welding schematics, thus need some help to interpret what the structural engineer is requiring on a weld specific. The materials in question are a 4x2-1/2 HSS (rectangular tube) overlapping a 1/2 x 2-1/2" PL (plate). The attached image is looking down on the aformentioned. Can someone break this down for me as to how to weld?Thank you!
