Q. Lincoln 255 wirematic wish to wire an hour meter , what is solenoid valve voltage?

I know, i can spend a few hours and dig some answers from the web or take a few minutes and get the right answer here..

So to keep track with a little more accuracy than a yearly cost of welding gaz, wire and repairs. I wish to install the easyest way possible  an hour meter either on the soleoid valve or the drive motor (i think this one is dc) or anywhere there is a current output when trigger is activated. preferably 115 volts. Any toughts, suggestions do and don't?
