Looking for an idle control board for my trailblazer 251 NT. I ordered one from Miller this morning then got an email saying they had a computer shutdown, it is on backorder and they have no idea when it will be back in stock. Local welder grave yard/repair shop doesn't have any either. I am fine with a used one as long as it works and the price is right.Original #184731 is a 4 pin moduleNew replacement #216273 is a 5 pin module I am fine with either one and have paypal ready. Shipping would be to 98059 unless you are in the South Seattle or Kitsap county area then I can do cash and pick up.Thanks for any help!Dynasty 210DXTrailblazer 251 NTHypertherm Powermax 900Millermatic 180Handler 150A bunch of other stuff.
Reply:Do you have the schematic on both?. Odds are pin 5 is a ground but I to need look at schematic. The some old welders they use a capacitor and a relay no adjustment but worked every time. Dave

It works if I have a jumper wire going from 12v in to the output terminal and have the starter switch set to "Run" I just have no idle down function unless I physically switch the start switch to "Idle".Dynasty 210DXTrailblazer 251 NTHypertherm Powermax 900Millermatic 180Handler 150A bunch of other stuff.
