I thought I knew how to read these, but I guess I don't. When was this tank tested?

Reply:When go fill tank they tell the date. Most tanks need to be tested every 5 years. Some new tanks well 10 years. Reply:+ sign followed by a star sign means test is good for 10 years. Most customer owned cylinders only get the +. Reply:i got one the same, but follwed by a '14 instead of '21, and i'm 1500 mi from u, so maybe tester and manufacturer, i think it was it's first stamp.
