Alright So Im New To Welding But I Have Recently Learned Gas O/A Welding And Arc Welding,.....But I Need Help On Choosing A Welder To Buy If I Am Going To Use It To Build Stuff Such As Bike.. Motorcycle Frames.. Go Cart Frames.. Rails...Please Help Me ... I Am Also Open To All Suggestions...!Thanks!

Reply:I would suggest going with a Mig welder with the gas, also go with a 175 or larger size mig. You will need 220 volts to operate it. I would suggest you go with the big 3 brands. Hobart, Miller, or Lincoln. All three have been around for years and all three have consumables that can be found at any welding supply store. Plus if you have problems with a welder from one of these brands they will be there to take care of the problem.

Reply:Thanks ! well i have done a little research and what do you guys think anbout the MILLERMATIC DVI (115 / 230 V) MIG WELDER..? good or bad seems good i have seen people talking alotta good about the Millermatic but what would you suggest or is this a good choice |
