What to use?

I'm looking at getting something for the shop for small jobs like heating rusty bolts and cutting. What type of system should I look for and what do I need to know so I don't hurt myself.
Reply:Probably a good oxy/ace torch and medium sized tanks would fit the bill.  But, that is a big jump in price and potential hazard over wd-40.  A small tank and torch set (like from home depot) will cost about $250-$350 new (less used) and work for infrequent use.  It really depends on how frequent you intend to use it.Smithboy...if it ain't broke, you ain't tryin'.
