hello all,Im new to mig welding i have a Lincoln 135+ just wondering what is the best setting for the gas(c02, argon mix) and also i get allot of popping when i try to lay a bead. any help will be appreciated.
Reply:well just learning myself,but I have my flo meter at 10-15.as for the popping I would turn down wire speed.

Reply:Umm I use to have the same problem last year but thta only happens when theres n o gas on period. and yes ARGC02 is what the setting was at school so it should be mixed.
Reply:If you're getting a bunch of popping when you lay a bead down turn down the wire speed.
