What do they use for cooling water or a special mix prestone...............?
Reply:My Miller Syncrowave's have always had a 50/50 mix of standard coolant and distilled water in them (like a vehicle's cooling system).The manuals call for "Miller" coolant but they are both glycol based. The Miller stuff is just pre-mixed with deionized water and an "algae deterent" and costs about $25/gallon.6+ years with regular maintenance and not one issue with algae or any other problem while using standard coolant and distilled water.- Paulhttp://all-a-cart.comWelding Cart Kits and accessories
