I hope that this is the right place to ask this.  I am mostly interested in quarter inch thick stuff and below. Sheet, plate, tube, angle, whathaveyou. I am looking for stuff to practice/learn on mainly right now, but eventually I will be looking for stuff for the Mustang. I don't have a truck or trailer, so lengths need to be 6 foot or less, and maybe 3x4 for the sheet. Smaller is great as well. Actually, smaller is most likely what I can afford for now anyway. A place that is ok with small buys would be best. I am at best looking at 40-50 dollars at a time. Thanks,Russ
Reply:Wooster Iron & Metal, Wooster, OH.It's a bit south of where you are, but the prices are reasonable and they've let me buy small quantities.I'm not endorsing these guys for anything more than a source for stock, http://www.morrisonwelding.combut that where I bought the 3'x6'x1/2" plate for my welding table top (on a Saturday).    Fair price and they loaded it in my truck. There are no small projects
