I just saw where Halliburton is going to start to shift capital and business focus to Dubai in an effort to get more business in the eastern hemisphere.

Reply:Haliburton is moving so the IRS and the Feds don't put them under review. They are getting worried the war is possibly at it's end and can't filter money any further.
