has anyone tried the ezy track system? Read that it comes with lens, and marker that glowes under welding light to make it easy to stay on line when welding. I have a hard time seeing the weld line at times, and if this works like they claim, it would help a lot.
Reply:Never tried it.I usually use soapstone to mark out if I need to mark a line, and if I can't see the line when welding, I use a halogen lighthead (500W, or even a 100W) aimed right at the weld area as close as possible. This gives enough light that the line is visible helmet down, no arc. |
