I have been searching the internet and this website for an authoritative resource on metals and their alloys, either electronic or hardcopy, that discusses their composition, uses, weldability, and general characteristics such as ductility, malleability, ect. ect. Up to this point everything has been less than helpful. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated, jwr2200

Reply:Lincoln has always been a good and reliable resource for those very things. They have one small tutorial in particular called 'metals and how to weld them' that you should take a look at. https://ssl.lincolnelectric.com/lincoln/apdirect/ |
