Reply:I have concerns that this is a spamming technique.  I decided to try going to the ngs.org of the poster's email and the site had a couple of NG images on it, but an expired security certificate and it immediately tried to install programs on my computer!All of the valid NG websites seem to be under the nationalgeographic.com domain, not ngs.org.  I would think very hard before sending anything to that email address!  I may be wrong, but this just doesn't add up!
Reply:I thought the same, so I sent an e-mail to the general information request e-mail address listed on national geographics website.That person  (Julia soembody) forwarded my e-mail (questioning this solicition as a scam) to Molly Tait - the person who posted - at her address at ngs.org. I think it's pretty legitimate.NG TV appears to be the production arm of the national geographic society.
