Two Miller Bobcats In Tandem

I want to use 2 Miller Bobcats to arc gouge. Both set on 150 amps. Both connected to arc gouging rig. Have 150 cfm compressor. Good, bad, or just downright stupid thoughts. Thanks, Billy

Reply:From what I have read in all the Lincoln literature, its no problem as long as both machines are the same and set the same.  I have never done it my self.Sounds like fun gouging with 300 amps.  You gonna use 1/4" carbon?DavidReal world weldin.  When I grow up I want to be a tig weldor.
Reply:I have hooked 2 500 amp machines together for quite a bit of work before. As long as they are set about the same things will be fine.
