I was wondering if any one here had examples of feild reports or in house welding inspection reports that I could look at to see if I am on the right track? Any help would be great.
Reply:The main thing is who, what, when, and how. Be careful with why (opinion) . Keep it simple no slang or $5 words. reference code for non conforming items. Keep it to one page. Reread it and see if you would understand it in 6 months.
