Cutting Torch O2 valve???

So im just learning the victor torch. The manual says to open the cutting head O2 valve all the way and then I am unclear. Adjust for nuetral then press lever and adjust again. Release lever and torch hisses?? Is this right?What do I do with the third (front) valve on the cuttin head.Please be gentle.Lincoln PowerMig 180cVictor O/ABandaids and aspirinI don't know what I don't know!?
Reply:You may have missed something there. Follow the victor book, it is the o2 valve on the handle you open all the way, not the valve on the cutting attachment. The valve on the cutting attachment allows for flame adjustment. I could write the whole procedure but if you have the Victor book then it is all in there step by step. Good luck.
