Continuous gas flow

I have a Hobart TR-250 HF. Here's the problem. When I set the post flow to anything above 0, the gas will constantly flow. But, it doesn't do this all the time. It does it periodically. It sometimes stops once the welder gets "warmed up" I guess you could say.Although it's starting to get worse.I'm not very familiar with the internals of a welder.I hope someone can help quickly.I don't enjoy wasting gas this way, lol.
Reply:Sounds like something is stuck in the gas flow valve... i would open it up and clean the valve out.The Welder Shop has great deals and reviews on Hobart, Miller and Lincoln Welders.
