Help Me Identify This Torch

I ordered a torch off ebay. That probably all ready saids enough. The seller told me it was a Harris. When I received it, It looked more like a Victor torch to my inexperienced eye. It has two small sticker on the cutting attachment of the torch. One side sticker saids 10 0xygen, the other saids UL Listed. On the handle part or the torch there is a section running longways that has writing but all of it is not visible. The part I can make out saids this:UL  Listed Welding Torch.There is also it appears to be a model number on the bottom of that sticker. That has this insciption: SA xxxx. (x represents numbers that are not legible.)It also has what appears to be a seriel number or maybe another type number on the handle of the torch and on the cutting section that has the same exact number. I will try to send 3 pictures with this to help. Im not sure I know how to though.
