What rod/filler material to use to join 316L and Monel?Have tried 309 filler but sometimes get cracking. Any other filler material recommendations?Thank you,BennyB
Reply:You will probably need something with a much higher Nickel content. I have used NiCrFe-3 in the past . Of course service conditions etc may dictate a better choice,Have a nice dayhttp://www.weldingdata.com/
