Lincoln PT 225 pulse option

Has anyone here used or have a Lincoln Precision tig 225. I am trying to figure out how the pulse option works. The Lincoln site doesn't seem to have the answer I am looking for. I know that the peek is the amp setting but with out a back ground setting how far does the arc go down to on amps before going up again. OutputControl and the Remote Amptrol (if used).• Background Current level is typically optimized ata fixed 50% of Peak Pulse level setting.• Peak Pulse % On-time is typically optimized at afixed 50%.
