Anybody Have A Airco 150 Heliwelder Know About It?

i CAN GET ONE OF THESE FOR $150 WITHOUT A FOOT PEDAL. SERIAL #1341-0245.IT IS A TIG/STICK OF SOME CAPACITY BUT i AM NOT SURE HOW GOOD A TIG IT IS , i DIDNT SEE ANY GAS VALVES AND THE PEDAL PLUG LOOKS LIKE A TWIST LOCK 220V PLUG. ANYBODY FAMILIAR???
